There are volumes and volumes of books on Leadership. Topics on leadership are endless such as How To Become A Great Leader, What Attributes Leaders Have, How Leaders Motivate Others and the list goes on and on.
But, if you're reading this post, you're obviously a leader and you're looking for more reading material on leaders or leadership. What exactly are you seeking? Are you looking for ways to become a better leader? Are you searching for tips and suggestions on how to become an effective leader? Do you like and respond to leader quotes? What exactly is it about leadership that you're looking for?
As a business person and a highly religious individual, I have had opportunities in my life to be around leadership, both good and bad. I have been able to glean from both sides of leadership and apply them to my business and personal life. I have made mistake. I have made successes. But I have learned.
I would greatly appreciate someone sharing with me just what it is they seek when they're looking for Leadership.
What does that mean to you?
It is true that leaders can use their skills for good or evil. I think one of the most important and least talked about qualities in a leader is humility. A good leader should be able to admit when they have made a mistake. This quality will build respect from the people following the leader. I have tons of good stories and examples on how to be a good leader. If you have a second you should check out my blog at www.cmoe.com/blog
