
As a leader, have you set goals for you and your business in 2008? Do you have any definite changes that you want to make to the way you lead, to the way you have been conducting business?
All leader's successes must start with clear, definable goals. As a leader, I find myself constantly setting goals, tweaking them and sometimes even throwing them out and starting all over. When I analyze my business practices and the good and bad in each of them, I find that I can make better choices. For me, goal-setting in 2008 will be more of a "to-do" list.
