Leaders are born, made or exist by whatever principles they embrace . Charles Darwin was quoted as saying, “It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to
change.” A good leader recognizes the need for change.
Hello everyone! I’m Bridget Wright, your new blog author for LeaderNotes. I am excited to be a part of the Know More Media family and even more excited to have the opportunity to contribute to a rich network of business professionals.
I am a freelance writer and a business consultant. I specialize in facilitating small businesses and non-profit corporations on how to implement successful communication and leadership skills within their organizations. My faith-based organization, The Daily Exhorter, was started in 1997 after I discovered a virtually untapped niche market by facilitating church organizations and small businesses in building solid and sound business structures through effective communication and leadership.
I am a member of the public speaking organization, Toastmaster’s International, and hold executive offices at the local level and the District level of the organization. I am also the founder and chairperson of the club’s speaker’s bureau.
My blog goal here at LeaderNotes is to offer reader’s thorough and insightful information on leadership principles and application. I envision accelerated levels of learning and growing for the blog reader’s and myself as we seek and explore the world of leadership. Like I mentioned earlier, change is essential for success in leadership. If we all learn together, we all change together and we all become successful…together.
If there is every anything in particular you would like to read on this blog, please let me know. I hope you enjoy sharing in this blog as I am certain that I will enjoy sharing with you.
