Such a little word, yet it means so much.
It can build teams of such.
A team without an I can assemble a partner of trust.
Although a manager can delegate a task of responsibility,
One cannot delegate the accountability,
Because in the end the administrator has the liability.
Since delegation has its advantages,
It is best to eliminate the obstacle bandages.
By giving freedom, training and creation,
Most employees will have an obligation

Delegate, be a responsible manager.
The organization will run more smoothly
