Hello to All LeaderNotes Readers
I'm Malcolm Munro and am the newest author to this post.  You can read more about me HERE

I have many passions, but at the top of my list is the relationship between managers and employees. My goal is to help shape the next generations of managers, help develop their leadership skills, and teach them to identify and build on the potential each person on this planet has.

My consulting business focuses on this and I also teach part time in the Business Administration program at Strayer University, working with that group of particularly bright folks.

To sum up my philosophy: Everyone has the potential to be a leader, but very few will become leaders. Everyone can "do" leadership, but not everyone will become a leader. It's almost spiritual to me - and someday I hope to become a leader!

I look forward to interacting with you all!

Great intro, Malcolm. I'm excited to learn from you at this blog.

Malcolm, your materials, bio and books already inspire me and I am so excited you have joined the leadership team! At the moment, I am leading a MITA brain based conference for medical leaders in Ireland, and am returning to US on 19th... It was fun to zap into the room and catch new ideas from both you and Hal! Welcome and I look forward to learning from you.

Great to have you in the network, Malcolm. Looking forward to your words on leadership. A very strong team on this blog.
