Leadership - A discussion of traits, characteristics, and current news of leaders.

I wanted to do a post on women's leadership in business after reading a Newsweek article on the subject entitled, “How Women Lead.". Not being an expert on this exact topic and not a woman, I started doing some research. Before I knew it, I had written four posts on women leaders.

In looking around the web on this subject, two things became apparent,

1. There are numerous resources out there on women and leadership
2. There are not a lot of blogs about women and leadership reporting on these rerources

So this is an open invitation. Are you interested on blogging on this topic or do you know someone that is? If so, leave a comment. We would love to host (and pay) someone to be a regular writer on this topic.
